  conditions. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches, with 
  localized amounts up to 8 inches, are expected.

* WHEN...6 PM today to 9 PM Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will

.REST OF TONIGHT...Snow showers likely early in the evening, then
a chance of snow showers after midnight. Areas of blowing snow
early in the evening. Areas of freezing fog. Areas of blowing
snow. Visibility one half mile or less at times increasing to one
mile or less at times. Snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Lows 
in the teens. Southwest winds 25 to 40 mph becoming west 20 to 35
mph after midnight.
.THANKSGIVING DAY...Snow showers likely. Areas of freezing fog in
the morning. Areas of blowing snow. Visibility one mile or less
at times. Snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Highs in the upper
teens to mid 20s. West winds 25 to 35 mph.
