...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM AKST
WEDNESDAY...

* LOCATION...Along the Coast from the Bering Strait to Point 
  Hope. 

* COASTAL FLOODING...Minor flooding of low lying areas is 
  possible. 

* TIMING...through 6 AM Wednesday. The highest water levels are
  expected this evening. Water levels will fall tonight.
  

* IMPACTS...High water may push into low lying areas such as the 
  lagoons at Shishmaref, Deering, Kotzebue and Kivalina. Ice may 
  push onto the beach along the coasts. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Coastal Flood Advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.

.TODAY...Windy. Blowing snow with a chance of snow. Visibility 
one quarter mile or less at times. Highs in the mid 30s. South 
winds 25 mph increasing to 45 mph in the afternoon. Gusts up to 
60 mph.
.TONIGHT...Mostly cloudy. Blowing snow with visibility one 
quarter mile or less at times in the evening. Lows in the mid 20s.
Southwest winds 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph becoming south 25 mph
after midnight.
.WEDNESDAY...Snow likely. Areas of blowing snow in the 
afternoon. Visibility one mile or less at times in the afternoon. 
Snow accumulation around 1 inch. Highs in the lower 30s. Southeast
winds 15 mph increasing to 30 mph in the afternoon.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Snow likely. Areas of blowing snow. Visibility
one mile or less at times. Lows in the upper teens. South winds 
15 to 30 mph.
.THURSDAY...Cloudy. A chance of snow in the morning. Areas of
blowing snow in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 20s. West winds
10 to 20 mph increasing to around 30 mph in the afternoon.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Cloudy. Areas of blowing snow in the evening. A
slight chance of snow after midnight. Lows around 5 above.
.FRIDAY...Mostly cloudy. Highs around 10.
.FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY...Partly cloudy. Lows around zero.
