...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO
NOON AKST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Plan on difficult travel
  conditions. In addition, areas of poor visibility are expected. 
  Total snow accumulations of up to one inch are expected.

* WHERE...Lower Kobuk and Noatak Valleys.

* WHEN...6 PM today to noon Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will cause
  areas of blowing and drifting snow.
