* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected with areas of poor
  visibility. Total snow accumulations of 3 inches are expected.
  Visibility less than one half mile at times.

* WHERE...Northwestern Brooks Range.

* WHEN...9 AM today to 6 AM Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high 40 to 60 mph will
  cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.
